    I am considering a Minn Kota Maxum freshwater transom mount troll motor and wondered if the head (top) can be reversed 180 degrees so the unit can be mounted as a bow mount. Can anyone help me??

    Thanks -- The folks at Cabelas told me it couldn't, but I think they just don't have enough information at their disposal. They even said that Minn Kota doesn't make any at all that you can do that with.
