We do this because we feel that our customers are very important. We want you guys to feel like you have input in the product. If we produce a product that everyone likes we all win. We value our customers and we listen to our customers and try to give them what they want. But you do have to understand we do have to please everyone and changes take time.

Joby do you still have to use the old serial port to load the software from the computer to the unit? My laptop doesn't have a serial port and neither does my new desktop.

If you load it to an SD card, you just put the card in the unit, turn on the unit and Viola! done

last update before this one screwed with my sensitivity on side scans still have some problems getting the right contrast picts are washing out. Oh also last update was supposed to give U pop clip of a selected site when U go back over it when/if U have the SD card in unit, don't do poop on my unit.............
