    Default Lowrance - Poor Service

Has anybody else experienced poor service from Lowrance for parts. I ordered a trasducer to replace one that had broken at the bracket. After 10 days I called to check and the transducer is on backorder for at least two more weeks. The original transducer like the one that came with the unit is on backorder for even longer. I like the unit but will be trying to find a different company for my next pucrchase, one that stocks parts for their own unit.

What's the model number of the one you currently have? I sell some different items & may have a replacement in stock.

Like was said before. Contact Linda Colt. I ordered a transducer from Lowrance and it was on back order. Contacted Linda and I had one in 3 days. She is the best.

    HST-WSBL Part#106-72

    or PDT-WBL Part #106-74

The 106-74 is made specifically for a trolling motor mount. The original transducer 106-72 is on an even longer backorder I am told.
