    Default USED ELECTRONICS VALUE

    All,
I could use some help trying to figure out the value of some used electronics. I have a Gen 1 Helix 12 with SI transducer that no longer fires up. It has a gimble mount, knobs, tranducer and screen cover that someone could make good use of. I also have a Helix 9 CHO with gimble mount, knobs, screen cover. Unit has almost 2000 hours on it and the number 2 card reader no longer works. Is there any value to these items or am I better off sending them to the curb? Thanks in advance.

There might be a market for something broken and sold AS-IS on eBay. While I can’t guess the prices on eBay, the Helix 12 might be parts units for someone who needs a new case or screen, and some people might not mind a discounted Helix 9 knowing that one of the card slots doesn’t work while the other one does.

If I'm not at work or taking kids to their activities, you might find me on "The Rez" fishing. If not there, I could be in the garage working on my boat.

If you do the FaceBook thing, you might find some groups that deal in used equipment.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
