I was in the same boat, my group 31 ran all my electronics, started the outboard, ran pumps and lights. After fishing 4 to 4 1/2 hours the voltage would be down to 11.4v. On one outing I fished about 6 hours and the outboard cranked slow and my depth finders shut off when I hit the key.
The Impulse battery and NOCO charger weren't cheap, but in the long run (for me) it was the best move. Now when I fish for 6 hours I still have 70% charge and the beauty of Lithium is that there is very little voltage drop as it discharges.
