Default Mega 360 mount bracket thickness

I'm thinking about trying to build an independent mount for my mega live to go on my ultrex using the same mount/bracket that the 360 uses. I have a template to cut out from aluminum but wasn't sure what the thickness was, whether it's 1/4 or 3/8. I have looked at just buying the mount/bracket but haven't had any luck. Would anyone either have the thickness or a place to just buy the mount?

Pictured below is what I'm trying to replicate. It's actually a motorized diy project but I plan to build as a manual twist pole that will raise and lower with the trolling motor.Name: Screenshot_20220409-221851_Drive.jpg

The HB 360 Ultrex bracket kit is a pretty expensive item ...

Of course it has both pieces of the bracket where you may only need the flat plate for your application ...

I plan to purchase .25 steel plate to build the bracket from. I'd rather do aluminum for longevity but I don't have the ability to weld it. I'll most likely have to weld in a section of 1.25 pipe and an angle brace of some kind. I did notice the price of humminbird bracket and that's why I plan to diy it. It's very pricey for what it is.

That’s why I did my own. To expensive for what it is.
