Since HB shut down inputs at .5 mph and refreshed position on once per second, A KVH would not help much. Besides, the 997 should have worked at a cost of 2Gs. Beside this, my (and others) complaints finally paid off.

Yeah, that donut thing drove a lot of people over the edge....just like the 83Khz issues are now.

Only 2 D is Digital. DI and SI are analog as is the case for most. Reason being 2 D is signal that digital can really help signal on. Troy is correct that there is a dedicated DI crystal.
