    I just looked. Point one is selected under vessel same as simrad.

    Simrad has been around for a long time but I've never seen any of their equipment on small fishing boats.

    On the recreational side of marine electronics, Simrad and Lowrance can share many of the same devices, such as transducers,
    radar, structure scan, the Sonar Hub, NMEA 2000 and Ethernet.
    NAVICO, the same company that owns Lowrance, also owns Simrad. Both compete against each other for a piece of the small boat market.

    Simrad Yachting is a different world and is much more expensive!!!!!
