Ouch. I just ordered the HDS 8 yesterday. I knew it would take awhile to get the rebate but figured it would be 6 to 8 weeks. Oh well, at least there is a rebate.

It says mine was approved on May 13th. Haven't seen anything yet. Mind you I bought the unit less than a week into the promotion.

If I could talk the wife into it, I'd get another unit for my Powerdrive's U2. The divorce would cost to much though. Seriously the Touch 7 has changed how I fish.
