    Default humminbird 757c problems

    Hi guys,
I'm hoping someone on here can give me some advice on my humminbird 757c. I think it got some moisture in the unit. It has since dried out but now the screen just shows lines once it powers on. Any suggestions on fixing it? I don't have it in the budget to buy a new one so I was really hoping to fix it. If not i have the transducer and other parts related to the fish finder if someone can use it. Send me a message.
Thanks for any help or advice,

    Jason

Check all your connections to make sure there is no corrosion, especially at the battery. Also check your in line fuse connections. If you have an in line fuse with springs in it, make sure they are stretched out far enough so the wires are touching the ends of the fuse.

I moved your post over here, so you'd get more "looks" at your question.

If after checking the things that Salmontracker advised and it still does not work, than there really isn't anything you can do for it besides send it in for servicing.
