I am looking for anyone who can help me with a problem entering coordinates into my HB998 and HB788. I'm not real smart when it comes to stuff like this and thought I would seek help from some of you guys on here who are good at this. I have been given and otherwise obtained the coordinates of fish habitat on several Arkansas lakes. The problem is, they are in several different formats. For example, the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission Mapper 2.0 program shows the location of habitat and it is expressed as "35.1915 (lat) -92.7312 (long)" I participated in a cover drop last year and was given the coordinates as recorded in a Garmin handheld and they are expressed as "n3452.210 w 09312.496'". On a Corps of Engineers map given out by the COE, coordinates are expressed as "-93.20303955087 and 34.96677948552". My Question is: Is there a way to convert these coordinates to the format used and accepted by Humminbird so they can be manually entered into my units? I called Humminbird Tech Support and about all I got was that they would have to be converted to the proper format. Any help or information you electronic gurus on here can and would be willing to share with an "electronically challenged" guy would be greatly appreciated. Or if you can pass on to me the name of someone on here I could call or pm, I would appreciate that as well. Thank you in advance for your help.
