Bass Pro in Independence MO had the new 600 series and a 899 on display today. Did not have time to look them over to well but looked pretty good. A little different finish/color to them. I have about talked myself into leaving the Lowrance in dash now. Save the money from buying a new Hummingbird shoot thru transducer to put towards a external GPS antenna with heading sensor. I will have the side imaging transducer mounted below jackplate on a Tightwad Stump Jumper so could mount antenna just above it in front of motor. Have any of you seen this ducer saver? Local tournament fisherman is making these in Tightwad, MO here on Truman lake.
