I have an HB 998 si hd unit and I have interference while running my I-pilot they were connected to same battery , so I unhooked it and put them on different batteries the batteries are side by side and it didn't help with I-pilot running I still get the lines . Ive read the entire sticky on interference and im gonna try the the ferrite data line filter are there any other options , will moving my batteries one in back of boat and one in the front help . I had to add some wire from my HB to the battery will the longer lead mess me up ..thanks for reading ...

Trolling motor interference is a little different. The CRC folks have the latest suggested fixes from Minn Kota and our Engineering folks, so you should contact them. Added to that is that we want to know how many are having this problem as we log all phone calls. You also would want to get the correct ferrite chokes to use.
I moved the power source to my extra battery and use trolling battery just for it and lights , so ive got my FF'S on separate batteries than the lights and trolling motor . Interference is gone ......
