Not really. The Lowrance Elite 5 works just fine on the same battery and the battery was fully charged.

Trying the unit on a different power source would be the only “magic pill” I can think of Cane Pole. Otherwise take it back and get it swapped out or call the Humminbird Customer Resource folks to set up getting it taken care of (1-800-633-1468).
