Well, my circuit uses the hds function of track foward or track reverse. This is an autopilot function. It should work like the Ipilot except I can map out what I want and where to go without having to go to the water and record.

I have beem hinting about this function for several years (sd card pre-programmable to fit the Ipilot) but it fell on deaf ears, so I made my own. If someone comes up with one, then you know where it came from. ha

Tom, What map program are you using? I think on my Garmin Mapsource program you can draw routes or make tracks. Or are you just using a series of waypoints you mark on your HDS.

Yes on the waypoints. Hds calls them route points when making a route, but thery are still waypoints.
