    Default interference between fish finders

I got a 345c DI for my trolling motor today and I have a 587ci DI on my console. Will these interfere with each other if they are both on at the same time since they both use the same frequencys?

Some will, some won't. Only way to tell is turn them both on and check them. Most common interference will show as vertical lines running through the screen.

I would think the "thin slice" DI beams are unlikely to cross paths until the TM is turned...so the most likely scenario would be the "cone shaped" 2d beams as possibly causing crosstalk...

You can turn up the "Noise Filter" on the unit that shows interference...sometimes this is all that needed to eliminate crosstalk interference...

Like cray said.... Hook 'em up and see what happens...

You might just get lucky and not have any interference at all..
