I don't know if you can find such a unit for that price .... but, keep your eyes on the two Classifieds forums, and you might get a used unit that'll fit the bill. I got my Elite 5DSI (~nib) for less than $500, off the Classifieds forum ... when the lowest going price online was around $650.

The unit does have the 5" screen & GPS (internal antenna) ... but, it's a Down Scan Image unit ... not a traditional 2d type 'fishfinder'. Read my sticky post for discussions & explanations on the unit, before laying out any cash. It may have the two requirements you're looking for, but may not be the overall type of unit you need.

You should be able to find a new 5-inch color sonar + GPS for that price; just decide what type of sonar you want first and go shopping. Don’t look at the prices on web sites though – call for better pricing! Start with the sponsors for this board.
