    Rickie, I think it's wishful thinking that this would change the donut. It's a critical component for the 360 to work correctly, and provide factual gps data to the user. Hopefully this will be the last hurdle for the 360 release, so Kosmo can buy one and get screenshots.

    Don't get all warm and fuzzy. HB had no choice but to either create a heading sensor in the GPS puck, or modify all of the 360 units that have already been produced. It would be pretty easy to assume that this was an issue that was found out after the initial production.

    It could pave the way for a donut removal though. If they take the time to update the code.

    glad i saw this thread. was about to buy a puck for my kayak, will look more closely at this and perhaps swap with one of my motor boat pucks.
