Thanks' I believe that is whats wrong, my outlet goes down and under, from what i read that might cause an air lock..I am going to try the "boat in reverse" option and see if that works.. if not I may have to dig in and add a piece of hose so I can cure the air lock. I hope the reverse option works, it willbe a tough job to rearrannge the pump and hoses.. I dont have the room that you show in the pic.

The intake from the rear to the pump should be at a slight upward angle and as well the line going to the livewell from the pump should not have a dip below the pump outlet (slight upward is the best) hope this helps
