you are correct on both--

The fish echoes in the SI look a little elongated...
Was your boat speed matched to your chart speed...??

Also which SI beam did you use...455kHz or 800kHz....??

They are still good shots that definately depict a school of fish...

Also which SI beam did you use...455kHz or 800kHz....?? 800 KHz, from what i been reading this is the setting for shallower lakes ?

Thanks for the questions this is exactly what i need so i can get this thing dialed in

Iffin thats from a Lowrance,you cant change the chart speed ,only on HBs

im using a Gen 2

When you mentioned chart speed i thought it was scroll speed now i realize there different, also i could of been going a little faster since the fish were not doing there thing and I was playing with my FF

OK so someone explain to me the difference in HB "chart speed" and Lowrance "scroll speed"....
