    hook them together one on the dash and one on the bow to share waypoints etc. all i want to know is what i need to buy to do this.

    The InterLink is your only option here but I would wait a little while until the newer software for the 997 comes out. Right now the two may not work right with the InterLink until the 997 software gets updated.
