Well I have a HB 777c2 that is about 4 yrs old. The screen had water spots and some kinda pattern from the neoprene cover that I use. I had this in my cleaning bucket and decided to use it, thinking that if I screwed up the screen I would test in small spot. Its called a " clay bar" and my brother got it at autozone. I worked on the screen for about 20 minutes, rubbing the clay bar on screen then wiping, rubbing some more then cleaning some more. This thing looks brand new. I will continue to use this product.
this information on the website says its safe on plastics.

Works pretty good. I started using it due to the water spots. Just spray on a micro fiber towel and clean, water just rolls off. FF may fall apart one day from it, don't know, but so far so good.

It's has worked for me so far! But like i said they may fall apart tomorrow, don't know?? But it will clean the glass and housing pretty good. I spray contact cleaner in the connection on the back after cleaning the unit.
