Minn Kota MKA-32 Terrova Bracket

I just got my Terrova mounted using the MKA-32 quick release bracket. For those of you that have used this bracket, will a standard size padlock fit on the base to secure the unit or does it require one of the smaller ones for a locker? I need to get it all buttoned up so I don't have to worry about my new motor growing legs. Thanks.

I don't remember what mount i have, but it takes a lock a little smaller than the standard size lock, if there is such a thing. I used a master lock that has a loop metal size of about an 1/8" or so.
