That's what I've heard, bowman, and I haven't even called them yet until I can really pin down the problem. If it's a battery problem, that's on me...so I'll do as much troubleshooting as I can before I bother them.
It's awesome that there is a resource like CdotC where members can bounce ideas around for help.
On cutting the transducer wire. If its done right there's no way to let the motor cut one. But it has to be done right. Checkk out this link and you will never have that issue again.
