Next time out DonG, turn on 800kz, then turn TM of max speed and see if the noise disappears if the toroidal doesn't do the trick. Clyde had PWM noise too. ha

If you have one of the US2 trolling motors you should check the following:
1.) Check the fuse in the head of the trolling motor with an ohm meter (multimeter) to make sure that it is not blown. Don’t just look at it – test it to be sure.
2.) Make sure that all of the little round metal connectors for the US2 cable are tight. If they are loose they can also cause trolling motor interference – again: even if you are not using the US2. If you are using the US2 transducer than be sure and check the metal connector that is on the Minn Kota to Humminbird adapter cable to make sure that it is tight as well.

There are some instructions and pictures here on the Humminbird web site about this:

Does this interference persist if not using the US2 transducer but using a mounted one?

Ok, if I understand your post, you unhooked the transducer and the battery charger and you still have interference? This has probably been asked but, are your trolling motor batteries and your electronics battery hooked together? Have you tried just running the power and ground wire across the deck (temporarily) away from all other wires to see if it still has interference?

Terrova have a digital gauge to show how much juice you have left. I thought that could cause problem. Everything hav its own battery and even powered it up off the boat same problem
