Been thinking about adding...
Last year I added a HDS-8 with LSS1 to the console of the boat.
This year I'm (still) thinking about adding and HDS-7 to the front of the boat. My thoughts are (actually these are Brian's at BBG thoughts)to add a 2d transducer to the TM and share the LSS1via ethernet.
Aslo, the 8 has Lake Insight. On this one I'm considering Navionics & I know there are 3 different levels of detail but I don't know whats good or bad.
Anyone have any thoughts on any of this stuff.
At this time of year I'm usually out hunting so I'm in no big rush but those rebates sure look good and beside I have a b-day coming up and I know my wife wants to get me something cool.Thumbs Up

The waypoints are shared between units when connected together from my understanding. If you mark a waypoint, it also marks it on the other unit.

I can see the waypoint, they are shared. All waypoints, tracks and routes. And you can watch any of the LSS-1 modes on both units.

Okay, I misunderstood the mapping.
I guess I can add a mapping card at a later date if I really want one.
