finder left on

i left my fish finder on for a couple of days after a trip. last time i used it everything was as it should be except my arches and symbols. arches were distorted and fish symbols were gone. what have i done? is she fried? thanks....

You might have burned up the transducer,I don't think it would have messed up the head unit.

have read where you shouldn't operate the FF when the ducer is not in water for extended periods of time. If you know someone with the same unit, swap your display out with theirs and see what it looks like. GL
