    Default 1198 temperature problem

I took my new 1198 out sunday and had a ball playing with it. But am confused about a temperature reading . I have a 797 and always had a reading of surface temp. This new machine doesn,t show it on the face. I have a longitude and latitude where the temp use to be on my 797. Any ideas on how to get the temp back and the long and lat to go away.
I was hoping that this new machine would cure the donut hole, with the faster proccesor and the 50 channel antenna, but at .5 mph looking for a certain bush pile, the donut appeared. What a dissapointment for the price of the machine. Doh

You have to go to the menus and tell it what you want to display. Can't remember the steps, but I think it's on the setup menu.

Look under the Setup tab for the Select Readouts menu. Set whichever location you want the temperature to show in.
