    Get to Bass Pro Shop quick, or you can order online, they have the Eagle FishElite 480 for $209.

    How is the Eagle FishElite 480 when it comes as far as the maps go? I see that it is $100 for the HotMaps chip. Are you able to download upgraded maps of the interent? Are you destined to spend another $100 for the chip?

    they have quit making 480 and they are just getting rid of them ,lowrance will not work on them told me to buy a new model. i had two they both had moisture in side. one would not power on the other the screen was locked and will not move threw them in the trash and bought a hummingbird.

My son was not going to buy the switch until he went out just one time and used the Wide Side...he had to plug and unplug each transducer to switch. Just a suggestion. The side imaging is good but it is quite expensive.
