Thread: Terrova Slide Mount

I can't tell by MK's website but do they make a mount where the TM can slide back in the boat? All they claim is quick release.

I searched a few threads here and someone mentioned an off brand but didn't know who made it. The way my boat is made I think I need to be able to slide the TM back into the boat some.

No one on here using the mounts?

I use one on a terrova but don't think it was designed to move trolling motor back. It is nice because I can remove trolling motor off of boat which makes boat cover fit like it should while traveling. It is also made to lock trolling motor on boat. The mount does slide together and you probably could modify it to slide some back in your boat but imo you would be limited to the amount of travel. It has a slot for the lock and a threaded (one) t bolt that holds the two pices together.

Yes I have the 821. It is a nice mount. I would guess you could get probably 4 or 5 inches of slide with modification's.
