Is this an impossible task?

concerning Down Image units....

I would like to see a real image of structure while moving..

Then I would like to see an image of the same structure while sitting still over the structure.

Then an image of this same structure with 2D while sitting still

I am trying to see what the difference will be, image wise, comparing the DI with 2D.

Most of my fishing is dock shooting or sitting still over structure...If the DI doesn't show more than the 2D while sitting still then I will save my money..

Nothing is going to give you much more than straight lines and a smear when sitting still.

You'll be happy with it. Can watch fish swim under the boat. And Lowrance has "Free" updates for your unit. They'll add enhancements and updates through the free updates.

DI is the best thing since sliced bread!
