Another Interlink/Software Update Question

If you have 2 units with a interlink, both units need to have the same software version to work correctly.

I heard that you should be getting a new InterLink any time now…

If you are using your unit as a stand alone unit, than there should be no problems updating to the 5.210 software. The problem we have started seeing happens only when two units are InterLinked and one has the 5.210 software and the other one does not.

Not exactly. The software just has to be compatable.

I am running the 798 on the front & 997 on the back. The software on the 798 is version 4.960. The version on the 997 is 4.950. Not the same but both work fine together with the Interlink.

It should be here today. Both my 997 and 858 have 4.995 Beta on them right now. I'm hoping this solves the issue.

I will report my results later this evening or tomorrow morning.

I was able to get everything working. Both units have version 4.995 Beta software on them.
