Your jig in the last picture looks like what I get, but in Clear Mode. I get all the extra BS in Max mode, like DonG's pictures just no thick jig line like his. This is interesting why they are working different when they are the same units and same Version of software???

Fisherman wannabe, that would be good. I could upgrade that version and then turn around and re-upgrade the newest version and see if it works like donG or the images provided on the internet.

HB GREG, Is that possible to do it that way, will it work?

I keep a SD card with the previous version AND a SD card with the newest version in the boat with me at all times...

You never know when these mini computers are gonna crap out because of a software glitch...

It's really easy to download a previous version and then reload the newest version...takes about 5 minutes...

It takes longer to reload all my favorite settings back into the unit than it does to load software versions...

Small problem there. The 777c2 does not have an SD slot If it does I can't find mine

I looked last night on mine too, and no slot. Unless you have to take the front half of unit off......

Alan, I got your email and have saved it..

I checked my 777 just now and have 4.74 version..Everything seems to be working just not too well..

I also noticed that dropping my jig down within 1 foot beside the transducer the sonar will not start picking it up until about 6ft..

I am not saying this is a bad unit but it sure is driving me crazy trying to figure it out..
