    Which navionics chip should I purchase, the hotmaps, premium, or platinum? And where is the cheapest place to purchase them. Thanks

    Depends on what you are putting it in. What depth finder you have.You can also go to navionics and see the differences on a chart there, so you will know whats best for you. They sell them in North,South,East and West sections too I beleive. Make sure you get the one in your area. Good luck.

    I bought the premium because I had read posts where the Platinum slows the performance of the HB unit down because of overloading the processor...
