Thumbs up Making progress on V2 Ipilot./foot control circuit...

All parts for circuit arrived and I soldered and then verified the circuit. All works fine. I also verified the locked rotor current (stall current) for the V2 steering motor. It stalls at 1.25 amps. My motor direction drive circuit can handle the stall current if it happens to stall. Tomorrow, I will finish wiring and give it a dry run in the lab. Should work just fine. I am having to work around the connector problem.

You guys wanting one of these circuits need to be looking for some MK connectors. Need 2 female and 1 male for easy install. I haven't found any, but I ain't looking too hard.

I should have the circuit wired in and functional tomorrow evening. Again, the big problem will be the connectors. I haven't found a good "work around" just yet.

Stall current 1.2 amps???? Did you leave a digit off? Or is that what your circuit is seeing?

Naw. It is a small motor used for steering.

Here is the motor Bill. I hooked directly to a 12v supply and measured the current. The motor is only about 2 1/2 inch long. Lots of gearing in the housing as this motor is probably about a 6000 rpm with no load.
