My tilt / trim stopped working. I checked the fluid, and its still full. The relays were both clicking, so I replaced them, but it didnt change anything. Right after I got the new relays on, I was trying the switch and it was just clicking, and then for a second the motor started to make a noise and then nothing again. I have checked all wiring and anything else I can think of. So, at this point im thinking its the motor. Any opinions? Also, I am at my next dilemma, do I order one off the web, or do I try to get it rebuilt? Can I pull it off without pulling the outboard to get to it? I can see 3 bolts in each corner of the motor housing, but cant see the 4th? is there a 4th? Any advise would be appreciated.
