I may have figured this out but not sure how to fix. I think it is wired backwards. I saw another thread it said the prop should run counter clock wise looking at the front of the prop. Mine runs clock wise. So the motor is pulling instead of pushing. I know how to rewire plug. By the way I just bought this boat a few months ago I didn't wire it or install it. Next what position is the motor pointed in when the pedal is all the way down in the back. In other words where is the prop pointing. Also if it's not pointing right how do you adjust it. I think this will fix all the problems with the flip flopping I have been having. Thanks for the help Cub48
