It sounds like you did everything you were supposed to, but you dint/t mention one very important thing....Did you reset your unit back to the Factory default settings before you tried to install the update?. That is a "Must" or it can really screw things up...If you did, I would call H-Bird...If you didn't same answer...call H-Bird. Their customer service has been very courteous and helpful to me in the past. I installed the update on mine last week and used it yesterday for the first time...Many more screens are available and I really like the down imaging.
