    Yes, it is much better... But last couple of times out, I have had trouble maintaining GPS fix due to heavy cloud cover/misty rain.. I can tell that the refresh rate is better ... Got to play some more to see what speed the "donut" appears though. Forgot to check this since the update.

    Why will HB not change the donut to something smaller like a pointer? You would think they could make it better!

    The donut is a cover your butt feature. It eliminates the additional software programming needed to keep an arrow steady and pointed in the right direction (algorithms).
