    Default Depthfinder Question

In February of 2009, I bought a Lowrance 522cigps. The internal GPS is not working. I guess it just can't find satellites. I had an aluminum top on my toon and thought that was the problem. I took off the top and it still isn't working. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this problem other than send it back? I looked at the external gps hook-ups at Bass Pro, but they were $130. Besides the fact that it should be working and I shouldn't have to buy that. I bought the depthfinder unit from Cabela's. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Can anyone give me the lady's name to deal with at Lowrance?

Linda Colt has left Lowrance Navico- seems new cust. service not compatible with.

Do a 'soft reset'. Hit menu twice and scroll down to reset. That should do it. <*)}}}><

I'd definitely try getting something done SOON. You should still be under warranty (1 year).
