    Customer Service is the top priority for Navico and Linda Colt exemplifies what we want to achieve with our customer support. Linda has been a truly valued member of the Customer Service team and we did not wish to see her resign from Navico. We want to assure you that we have heard all of your inputs, and we appreciate all the passion that you have shown in this matter. We are continuing our discussions with Linda.

    Linda deserves better. I hope she keeps walking for her own sake.
    Unless NAVICO offers her a couple million dollars to stay of course.
    She`s probably more valuable than the CEO of the company itself.

    The console space on my boat will soon be occupied by a Humminbird product of some sort. For now a Vexilar Edge replaced the Lowrance sonar. The GPS is still Lowrance.

    When only one star shines so bright just by doing her or his job, the rest of the stars in the company just don`t get it.

    If the example of customer service is NAVICO`s "TOP PRIORITY" its no wonder the quality control is so bad.

    Did you have a problem with your HDS Chatt? Lowrance has better SI and DI then humminbird, so it's only safe to assume that they'll end up with better customer service also. I HOPE....

    i got a brand new HDS-10 right now still in the box...but you can bet your sweet azz cabelas will be getting it back and ill stick with my 1197 HB....i have delt with the customer service from lowrance before and they only person that would even hear what i had to say was linda and she is the only reason i bought my HDS unit...planned on buying another for my other boat...HB here i come...you dont treat any worker how she has been treated...i would like to see her sue for everything they are worth

    That is your opinion. I personally have HB and love them hands down over my buddies Lowrance HD's. Just because you offer a good product does not mean you have or are ever going to have good customer service.

    That is my opinion. I've owned HBSI and the pictures don't lie. Not saying HB won't come out with an upgrade or add-on to get the quality up, but it's not there yet. Customer service at the moment is better, but that can change too.

    Navico have their heads so far up their own azzes it will never change...i know people that have worked for them and they all say the same thing...

    If you say that, and clearly feel strong about it, did the HDS10 fall in your shopping buggy and you didn't notice it when you paid the bill? I'm just saying. It wasn't that you felt they had better side scan and down scan quatlity?
