    Default Hummingbird upload

It's finally here. Went to my account and downloaded the update to a file. Then reset my defaults on my 997. Uploaded the update to my sd and installed in my unit. Identified that there was an update to 475.0 which I answered Yes, the red screen came up confirming the new update. I answered yes. I have the unit pluged into a 12v power supply and it is sitting there doing nothing.

Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong??

Do it again. The second prompt asked if you want to CANCEL the update. You chose Yes.

You are right, I do too. It is like a trick question on a test! Wonder why they set it up that way?

Took that engineers brain I have to figure out you have to hold the power button a bit longer for that download message to come up.
Just downloaded it to the new 997 and the old 797.
Is there any updates to the operation manual on what features do what on the new version, or is it just press a button and see if you can figure out what it does and why.
63 here tomorrow for the high, need to hit the water for a test drive real soon!!
