HB Upload Help/Question

Okay, so the boat I bought has a 797 and 788 on it already... BUT, since they weren't mine to begin with, I don't know what the most recent updates on them were... SO...

For the 797, if I do the most recent update with down imaging, will that cover the others that show up when I registered it in my name, or do I need to upload all the versions that show up on my HB site?

For the 788 - same deal, should I just upload all parts


Secondly, I saved the downloads to my computer - do I just copy them to my SanDisk card and then put that in the unit and turn it on?

If you will call our Customer Service Deparment and explain that you have purchased the boat and electronics from someone else they will take care of it. You will need your units when you call. They are going to need the serial number of the unit so they reset the information. The number is 800-633-1468.
