Works. New color palettes! Looked at DI in simulator mode. Neat. Be a while before I can try this stuff out. Hard water here.

    PS

BE sure to reset your unit to factory defaults before installing firmware upgrade. Just a reminder.

If you did not purchase the PC connection kit then yes you will a SD card. I use the PC cable and load my units with my laptop on my work bench, I have a small 12 VDC power supply to power the units.
On the SD cards I would just get a 4 or 8 gb card and copy the file to it from your PC. Then install the SD card in your unit and power it up, it should notice the upgrade file and upgrade the unit for you.( I think I have never done it with the SD card.) Then you can use the SD card to capture snap shots and SI recordings. JMO hopes this helps :D

Small to us. I sure wouldn't wanna be the programmer. I am struggling with a 1k program. I sure couldn't cut it.

    Kudos to the HB programmers.

And also after installing firmware also-can't explain why but that's what HB folks were saying at last upgrade......................

Default To answer my own question

    and help anyone else out

From any view press the MENU button twice to access the tabbed Main Menu System then press the RIGHT cursor key until the Setup tab is selected. Press the DOWN cursor until Restore Defaults is highlighted on the Setup menu. Use the RIGHT 4-way cursor control key to initiate restoring defaults. The Confirm dialog box will appear. To reset the defaults, press the RIGHT Cursor key once more. To cancel Restore Defaults, press the Left Cursor key.

Still no 797 update. Did have one for my 787 though. I'm giving HB a grade of 50% today.
