Hello Don, I have a 498C which uses the Garmin micro card, not a SD card. I do have Mapsource software plus the cable to connect my 498 to the computer. If the waypoints can be saved to a Cd, SD or 3.5" disc, I could then transfer them from my computer to the 498. I think:rolleyes: Let me see if I can mark some random waypoints on my Mapsource program, then save them to a CD, and then load them on my 498C. Thanks, Ron

I think the old 987c-Si is getting it also. Or I was told that. As it has the 455KHZ also. But then again I have been using my unit for this 4 years so not an issue. Run the Si where its not shooting that far out, then watch the SI screen works that way also.

Last I heard the 987 will be getting the Di software upgrade as well (along with the 981c Si).
