Most manufs still use the term A Scope when referencing real time sonar display. Most old salts who have seen a ships CRT sonar display know this term. RTS is a HB gig.

Actually I think that the RTS term came from Zercom, who we bought out many years back...

I guess you could say that. We produced products under the Zercom brand name for a few years but the decision was made to no longer do this as all products were changed over to the Humminbird brand name. The engineering and production was all hummingbird by than anyways.

As posted on other sites HB says Jan 15th will be the day of the down imaging & other downloads release date...... 2 more weeks of waiting guys...........
