Havent had no better service on anything ever in life & I just own a cheap 320.Never no questions asked or bs stories to try to blow me off.Good service is all I can say.
Here is a direct quote from Linda from an email she sent me on May 20th.

"I will NOT leave you hanging, I will get you a new unit if necessary"

I have since sent several emails, not one response. Still hanging, no unit.

I think that competition is always good. I can't believe they posted the second video with water spots all over the display.

Hmmm. Looks awful good to me. I thinks I'm gonna wait for another
year or three and see how it all shakes out, keep running my small h'birds.
If they get the problems sorted out I'm interested.

That Linda must be a very, very busy woman
I've seen her mentioned a LOT of times, and always in a
    positive manner save this once.

Yeah, it'll probably be higher priced, but once you get to the point of
obscenely expensive (humminbird si), slightly more obscene might be worth
it if the gps is better. I tell you one thing I noticed from watching the videos
that I really like, is being able to differentiate between different waypoints
right at the point of marking... did you notice he dropped a "rock" icon
on the concrete structure? Instead of everything being a blue dot and having to go back, push several buttons later to edit to a different icon.

The water spots, well - yeah it looks like being a factory promo they would've
cleaned 'em off, but I know that's what mine would look like, so it is
realistic at least for me. My electronics in a tiller boat get splashed when
I land a fish on the left side no matter how hard I try not to.
