Post a photo of the lure with air bubble. With stick type baits that pour from the top, many of the older molds always produced air bubbles at the front of the lure. I found a way to prevent them by using a socket from a socket wrench kit laid over the hole and poured or injected though it. Only one company I know of has a well above the cavity that does the same thing.
