I am thinking about making a Bobby Garland Baby Shad mold from plaster. I have made a one piece mold in the past an looking for something quicker. The one piece mold works good and I still use it but it can take a long time to get a good bait. I also made a two piece mold for this bait. I couldn't get the plastic all the way to the tail. I tried getting the plastic hotter, sealing the mold again, and venting. None worked. I was thinking I could try to pour from the tail to the belly. Would this work better? Are there any good injection molds very similar to this bait? Are there any close silicone molds from lurecraft that are close?
