So I've watched and helped twice cleaning crappie but this past week was the first time I've caught crappie and cleaned them on my own. Yeah, I was nervous but it worked out great! I'm now looking for a deep fryer. Torn between a countertop fryer or an outside propane deep fryer. Remember, its just my wife and I.
